I am an environmental researcher, who has developed a keen interest in applying geographical information systems (GIS) in the field of environmental and ecological research. Though always interested in the environmental sciences, I have a strong inclination towards GIS, which stemmed during my first year in Masters' degree, and I have never looked back. I can proudly say that I actually gained a lot of my GIS related skills on my own accord and interest, and I am in a constant state of learning. ​

As GIS in itself, is in a perpetual state of evolution, I can only hope to be able to even brush through the vast array of applications it has in the environmental and ecological sector. Nonetheless, I look forward to utilizing GIS to the best of my capabilities to learn, understand and apply it in my work.
